Hello readers! Just a quick update on my situation. Yes, I’m still without power because of Hurricane Sandy. Luckily, I have been able to use a generator to charge my laptop and hook it to a scanner. I also have access to the internet. That means I can get you new Suburban Fairy Tales comic strips for the week as regularly scheduled. It was a close call, but I was able to make it happen!
So to reiterate, there will be no interruption in Suburban Fairy Tales comic strip updates for the week of November 5 and beyond. Enjoy!

I know the most important thing on everyone’s mind about the upcoming hurricane is whether or not it will affect Suburban Fairy Tales updates. I mean, you can survive a few days without food and water, but I know people can’t survive without their Monday, Wednesday, and Friday updates of Suburban Fairy Tales. Well put your worries to rest, because Suburban Fairy Tales is going to update as regularly scheduled. I’ve already got this week’s strips uploaded onto the queue, and the site will post them automatically on the scheduled days — even if we lose power. Of course, if we lose power no one will be able to read them anyway. Well, at least our friends on the west coast won’t have any problems.
As I type this, I’m finally sitting down for the first time since getting back from New York Comic Con 2012 a few hours ago. I’m completely and totally exhausted. I spent four days working the booth, drawing sketches, and meeting fans… and I loved every minute of it! The days were long, but they flew by. I have some picture to post, but I’ll post those at a later date.
